I・・・Radial tuberosity and bicipital aponeurosis
A・・・Flexes forearm at elbow joint, supinates forearm at radioulnar joints, and flexes arm at shoulder joint
N・・・Musculocutaneous nerve

Brachialis
O・・・Anterior-distal 1/3 of humerus
I・・・Ulnar tuberosity and coronoid process of ulna
A・・・Flexes forearm
N・・・Musculocutaneous and radial nerve

Brachioradialis
O・・・Lateral distal 1/3 of humerus
I・・・Styloid process of radius
A・・・Flexes forearm at elbow joint, spinatoes and pronates forearm at radioulnar joint to neutral position
N・・・Radial nerve
